Madi had her first taste of rice cereal and she did NOT like it. The next day we added a little banana to it and she did better but was still not to excited. We have decided we are going to wait another month or two and try again.
Oh, sad. The face she made, but I couldn't help but chuckle at it. So sad - yet so cute. We started Kaitlyn on rice at about the same time. She did good. I was rather surprised. She's now graduated to oatmeal and squash. Which she seems to like too. Next time you try, maybe try holding the spoon in her mouth while she gums the cereal off of it. That might help at least keep the cereal in her mouth and not all over you :) -R-
