Heber Valley Girls Camp...

Every summer the Gurney family heads up to HVGC for our family reunion and to make a few memories with Grandma and Grandpa who are serving their mission there for the fourth year. This year we went up Saturday instead of staying Friday night. We slept MUCH better in our bed then in the cabin!
One of the fun things we get to do while we are there is the challenge courses. There are several different ones. This year we did courses 4 and 5.
Madi and Aunt Annie... Madi LOVES her Aunt Annie! She took to her the first time they met. We are grateful she is part of our family.
One of the challenges is a triangular wire. You start at the point and walk out supporting yourself with the person on the other side. Derrick and I did this one together. It is harder than you would think!
My cute baby...
Madi tried on all sorts of hats...
Madi even got to try one of the challenges, the swing! Of course she didn't get pulled up to the top. Here she is with daddy waiting for her turn.
Getting ready to swing...
The sun was shining right in her face. Poor kid...
Swingin'...
Next was Derrick's turn...
Weeeeeeee...
Uncle Chris gave Madi a new do! Isn't she so cute!
